how do I fix messages held for approval?

We had a too restrictive rule in the list spam filtering; it read

^X-Greylist:.*delayed

which caught even "not delayed" ;-)

I've changed it to

^X-Greylist:.*delayed [0-9]

hopefully this is still going to catch the graylisted messages for
approval, while your messages will go through.
