Convert SV_DECL_VARARR_SORT and SV_IMPL_VARARR_SORT with std::set

Hi.

I converted the SV_DECL_VARARR_SORT and SV_IMPL_VARARR_SORT with ::std::set.
I also made some optimization (cppcheck).

Could you please check this patch and push it into libreoffice.
