[Libreoffice] [REVIEW 3-5] remove duplicated icons from soffice.bin/soffice.exe (fdo#37740)

Hi,

Under Windows soffice.exe and soffice.bin contained 40 icons each.
Many icons were duplicated. With the newly introduced 256x256 icons
soffice.bin and soffice.exe would have been 1.8MB each. The proposed
patch reduces the number of icons to the necessary minimum. So
soffice.exe can be as small as 50KB and soffice.bin is also leaner,
680KB.

The patch for 3-5 is attached. It is the same, the only difference is
a linefeed in officeloader.rc.
