[Libreoffice] [PATCH] Translate German comments

Hi lo-devs,
Some more translations ...

A question about a line of code I found in doctxm.cxx (its at #1954 in
the original file):
	// Insert as sorted
        for( i = 0; i < aNums.size() && aNums[i] < nPage; ++i )
               ;

This is an empty loop that does ... nothing, AFAIKT?
