Nope, after a full "make clean && make && make dev-install", I get
error message:

The document ReportName could not be opened.

It might have nothing to do with your patch, but well, cannot test.

Did you actually successfully run the report builder and generate a
report? The report wizard seems to work and create a report, but then
trying to generate that report fails.
