Enable CTL for Default?

I also concer with Shahar - if LibreOffice would enable CTL by default it
would overcome a huge obsticle for the computer iliterate who hear
LibreOffice works in their language, only to try it and get frustrated. I
hear of many who try to use LibreOffice in Khmer (I live and work in
Cambodia) who can't figure out how to get LibreOffice to display Khmer
correctly and then go back to Microsoft Word (even though LibreOffice has
many more features for Khmer than MSOffice).

I think enabling CTL by default would increase useability in a major way.
