Where do I find debug builds for Windows of Master/3.7?

I want to assist Lionel with bug 53030, but to do that I need a debug (daily) build for Windows.
The bug is about freeze of Base with MS Access databases (and other ADO connections, I believe).
Where can I download these builds?
