There I added one additional try for Windows Server 2012/Win 8 SDK -
that's the place to look at for making it work with more
locations/make the checks error-proof.
One step to avoid breaking build (and already fail at configure) is to
add AC_MSG_ERROR to have configure fail if --with-lang is used and the
vbs is not found.
