ok
 thank you for your hint
but i didn't receive any warning   message
 and i installed  vs2012 update 3 and still as it is


config.status: creating config_host/config_version.h
config.status: config_host/config_version.h is unchanged
Configuration unchanged - avoiding scp2 stamp update
