I have not changed the logic for handling whitespaces. The source code has a
check for '\n' in it. (ToxWhitespaceStripper.cxx:25)
I have verified that linebreaks with shift+enter do not appear in the Table of
Contents.

However, if there is a method which operates on sal_Unicode and detects
whitespaces, it should be used here instead. However, I could not find one.
