Since <http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=369d95931f42267eb2f55e066f58ee859183025d> "DeInitVCL at end of tests," any CppunitTests using VCL (i.e., using test::BootstrapFixture) need to declare gb_CppunitTest_use_vcl in the CppunitTest_*.mk file now (just as they already declared gb_CppunitTest_use_ure).
