[GSoC] SetTextFillColor(COL_BLUE) makes blu too dark in Draw

Fixed.
Sorry everybody, I was using a wrong assumption:
COL_BLUE (#000080) is _not_ the same as the "Blue" one selects from the
Draw standard palette (#6666FF).
