Are directories "acor" misplaced in sources?

IMHO, these files should be in the same module (i.e. distributed in
language modules) as the dictionaries. There is a strong link between
them and the dictionaries/grammar-checkers. Today, I get acor files from
 all languages (Ubuntu).
