Bugzilla commit notifications not working

As of 2014-10-01, the Commit Notification bot doesn’t work. Perhaps
this was caused by the upgrade of FreeDesktop.org’s Bugzilla
installation to 4.4.5, which happened that day. Anyone who could have
a look?
