Python UNO import on Mac broken

Just a heads up: Stephan Bergman left an insightful comment on the SO
question, which I suspect should be the accepted answer:

Which gives rise to another question: how do I go about building a
Python venv around the LibreOffice Python?  Perhaps that belongs in its
own thread though.
