[GSoC] Reuse Mozilla's rolling update mechanism for LibreOffice - Weekly Report 8

This is the week 8 progress report of the GSoC bug "Reuse Mozilla's rolling
update mechanism for LibreOffice".

Last week:
- successfully built Mozilla's mar creation and updater executables on a
Windows LibreOffice build
- found out how to sign mar files via the mar executable and NSS's certutil
executable

Goals for this week:
- integrate changes into the existing LibreOffice update mechanism
