Test failing - CppunitTest_cppcanvas_emfplus

:-) I found another issue by running with SAL_FORCEGL on - it was in gengal and any console based VCL apps, so it’s useful at times. 

I’m doing some component changes, once I’m done with that I’ll make a change to the pixel we test.
