Issues on Bug 49102

Dear Sir/ Madame,

We(Lakshiya Indreswaran and Phyo Phyo)  are working on Bug 49102 and trying
to find the code related to it. Can you please tell us which code we are
supposed to look in?
We looked in to bunch of codes, but couldn't find the exact code that is
related to Bug 49102.The following block explain in detail on out attempt
in finding the code:
