(read-only) mirror of 
<https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/admin/projects/dictionaries> (like 
<https://github.com/LibreOffice/core> is a read-only mirror of 
<https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/admin/projects/core>).  No idea who 
set that up, in this poorly documented way.
