Budgeting - image lifecycle

Mickael,

I completely agree images lifecycle issues should indeed be taken into
account and should be first priority because it may impact every LO app and
it makes users reporting these bugs quite mad against LO.

Another issue is pdf export :
1) Many trackers about it (see
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=pdf&list_id=654958
which must be filtered manually)

2) Feature which is quite often used
Remark : it could even increase with DMS like Alfresco which now use LO
instead of Openoffice. Lots of documents 
imported in DMS may be converted in pdf to have a pivot format

3) About 13 000 lines for vcl/source/gdi/pdfwriter_impl.cxx so splitting it
in a more appropriate structure could help to have some dev contributors


To deal with the transition Mysql->MariaDB, we need a Mariadb connector (see
