[GSoC 2016] Introduction and Proposal draft

Hello LibreOffice dev community.

I am Timur from Moscow. I study at the Higher School of Economics as a
Software Engineer. I would like to work with you as a part of Google Summer
of Code this year. I successfully contacted with my potential mentors.
Right now I am working on Proposal details and finding a way to complete an
EasyHack.

I selected "LibreOffice for Android" as a project. I like it and I think my
competency match neatly this task.

I attached the proposal draft. I appreciate any ideas and feedback.
