(It's technically possible to build with Clang plugins enabled on OS X, 
too, if you build your own Clang first.  But I guess I'm the only one 
doing that, and plugin errors reported in OS-X--specific code are 
low-volume enough so that I can handle them fine during my sporadic builds.)
