[GSoC] Replace EditEngine binary clipboard with ODF filter - Weekly Report 9 - Varun Dhall

Hi all!

Last week of GSoC was passed in writing unit test for TableAutoFormat and
removing BIN format from codebase.

Right now I'm working to remove the SfxItemPool serialisation code that is
unused.
