.clang-format modification request

I would humbly ask to consider 
<https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/44450/> "Retrofit 
'KeepEmptyLinesAtTheStartOfBlocks: false' into .clang-format" for 
inclusion on master, "even if that can cause reformatting of already 
formatted code."  I'm not sure we'd want to live with the resulting 
whitespace irregularity abomination should existing code eventually be 
reformatted according to the original .clang-format.
