[ANN] orcus updated to 0.13.4 on master

Hi there,

This is to let you guys know that I've just pushed the change to update the internal orcus to 0.13.4 on the master branch.  The build baseline is still 0.13.3, but I highly recommend 0.13.4 be used.  It addresses incorrect parsing of invalid XML documents with multiple self-closing root elements, as well as one bug fix that affects Excel 2003 XML import into Calc.
