CppunitTest_sc_tabviewobj failing on Windows MSVC 2017

Hi Luke,

It helps if you don't mix in multiple problems in the same thread. Let's
focus on the part here CppunitTest_sc_tabviewobj, that used to be a Java
test now fails for you. It would be good to find out how the C++
conversion result differs from the original test.
