I can reproduce it, with a dbgutil build, if the file is given a .xls
suffix, e.g. demo.xls with just

./instdir/program/soffice.bin --headless --convert-to pdf ./demo.xls

it has indeed been detected as a "calc_HTML_WebQuery"
