Weekly Report - 8 [ Improvent to Notebookbar] -GSoC

Report :
* Extension support has been added to NotebookBar. A few changes need to be
made in the .ui files and then the beta phase will be complete.
* I will write a  blog on making an extension compatible to NotebookBar ,
once we fix the bugs.
