Support for the Apache Parquet file format

Hello Shadi,

Taking a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apache_Parquet, I don't see
much information :
- what's the extension file
- example of softs support it
taking a look at Excel open dialog, I don't see Parquet format.

I wonder why LO should support a seemingly confidential format?
