CMake Support for Cppunit

Hello Adrian,

I may be wrong but Cmake isn't a target for LO.
Meson had been quoted (see

Anyway, if you want to contribute, I advise you to start here:

Since you already retrieved the code, built it and patched it, you only have
to:
- send an email about license statement
- create a gerrit account
- submit the patch with your gerrit account.
