Failed Gerrit builds yesterday

A lot of the Jenkins builds for Gerrit changes failed (on Windows in 
CppunitTest_vcl_pdfexport) presumably due to 
<https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/plugins/gitiles/core/+/494092dc0c2f6fd04dbd973d6f76f1df720dbcf7%5E!/> 
"upgrade to latest glm".  If you own such failed Gerrit changes, you 
should rebase them atop

"Revert 'upgrade to latest glm'".
