bootstrap error (.Net core)

Hi,

I've downloaded SDK 6.4.0.3.
Linked all dll's in cli folder and compiled SpreadsheetDocHelper in a .Net
core 3.1 project.

but i'm getting an error at bootstrap

System.InvalidOperationException : Handle is not initialized.
   at System.Runtime.InteropServices.GCHandle.FromIntPtr(IntPtr value)
   at uno.util.to_cli<class
com::sun::star::uno::XComponentContext>(Reference<com::sun::star::uno::XComponentContext>*
x)
   at uno.util.Bootstrap.bootstrap()

This code was working in .Net Framework 4.x

am i missing something?
