GSoC Blurry Shadow Weekly Update

Hello,

I finished working on
-OOXML export of the blur radius
-ODF import/export of blur radius
The patch is not submitted yet because I was busy trying to fix a bug
tdf#134052. I have submitted a solution [1] but still working on a better
one.

This week I will be working on
-Export tests functions
-A better solution for tdf#134052
