Week #6 Report - GSoC - Make SVM format independent of the VCL Metafile

Good morning,

This week I completed SvmReader[1][2] on my local machine so the only 
thing left are pushing the remaining patches!

I also moved on to the third part of my GSoC Project 
<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/GSoC/Ideas#Make_SVM_.28StarView_Metafile.29_format_independent_of_the_VCL_Metafile_.2B_tests_of_the_format>, 
the SvmWriter class. I uploaded a working prototype for the SvmWriter
class to github, in order to receive comments and make any needed 
changes[3][4].

Next week TODO's:

1) Upload the remaining patches for SvmReader to gerrit
2) Adapt SvmWriter class after comments
3) Push SvmWriter class onto gerrit
4) Start working on handlers for SvmWriter
