macOS nightly builds failing

I took a look at the console log for the last ARM build and the “saxparser" internal build tool is throwing an uncaught exception:

I did a clean build using LODE with hopefully all of the same configure options (see attached autogen.input) and the build succeeds on my machine.

So maybe this is another compiler optimization bug in the Xcode version the nightly build server is using? I am using Xcode 16.2 running on macOS Sequoia 15.1.1.
