I wonder if that's the first use of uno during the build, so maybe
pointing at a potential problem in:
bridges/source/cpp_uno/gcc3_linux_aarch64

A stab-in-the-dark might be to edit bridges/Library_cpp_uno.mk and see
if turning bridge_exception_objects to bridge_noopt_objects makes any
kind of difference.
