  * Styles: add "Custom and Applied Styles" option

    + use case might be acceptable but combining filters is odd
      and I'd rather add a checkbox "[ ] Applied only" (Heiko)
    + some combinations are legit, eg. hierarchical and any filter (Eyal)
      + is part of the enhancement proposal, see design blog
      + Hierarchical is a view mode all, other are (all? mostly?) filters
    + request is an OR combination while checkboxes are AND
    + suggest a checkbox list that allows to check all filter types or
      a subset (Eyal)

  * FillAuto doesn't fill formulas in hidden columns

    + would be dangerous to fill hidden cells (Markus, Andreas)
    + we could query the user on mouse release whether to fill hidden
      cells (or at least to warn) (Eyal)
    + behavior with popups would not be surprising for users

    + changing the core workflow should be done very carefully and
      only with good reasons (John, Eyal)
    + If you fill a range with formulae which use the row (or column)
      index, with the current behavior - on one hand, you're skipping
      the hidden rows (resp. columns), but on the other hand - the
      values aren't contiguous, and you will be 'missing' the values
      that the hidden rows (resp. columns) would have gotten. (Eyal)

  * In Chart, there is no Rotation item in Sidebar Properties

  * Export all sheets as CSV

    + we should make sure not to break any standards - adhering to them is
      important, e.g. see:

    + GSheet and Excel cannot export multiple sheets to CSV at all (John)
    + users may also want to save multiple sheets in other formats
      such as txt, rtf, tsv, html... (Eyal)
    + a) add another checkbox to the file dialog
      + -1 because it breaks the system default layout (Heiko)
    + b) another filter type like "Multiple Text CSV (*.csv)"
      + users could become greedy and want the same for other formats
        exploding the filter list (Eyal)
    + c) Tools > Options > Load/Save: "[ ] Save all sheets as separate CSVs"
      + would not be suited if user need to switch the option
        frequently (Heiko)
    + d) another top level command "Save Active Sheet As..." vs.
         "Save As..." with all the current filters below
      + changes the default and users familiar with the current workflow
        have to learn that Save As... exports all sheets as CSVs or the like
