GSoC Progress Update: New Dialog to Edit Table Styles

Hi everyone,

Here's the recent progress on the project

Initially, we developed the dialog based on Design Team's 2015 mockup, but it
doesn't fit with any of the existing LibreOffice dialogs. So, we created
another dialog similar to existing (Paragraph/Character) Styles dialog, which
follows the Tabbed dialog approach.

We would appreciate any feedback or suggestions on which dialog we should move
forward with.

Next Steps:
- Implement inheritance for Table styles
- Enable editing from Styles sidebar panel
