Spreadsheet with Inconsistent Values

Hello,
I work in the contracts department of a company here in Brazil, and I’ve noticed for some time now that certain cells in the spreadsheet display inconsistent values — sometimes they work correctly, other times they don’t.
I’m attaching the spreadsheet for your review. The main sheet is named MULTA, and only the cells highlighted in yellow are showing the correct values.
