[Libva] Compiling kernel IEGD 10.x module for any Linux distribution

Since few of you demanded instructions how to compile IEGD 10.x IKM (kernel module) on Ubuntu and Debian I made an article about that on my blog. Here it is:

I hope Intel has nothing against that ;P This should help all of you running on "unsupported" (as stated in IEGD docs) Linux distributions to properly build and run IKM.
