[Libva] Anybody is having standalone test app for mpeg4sp encoding?

Hi All,
I am trying to write a stand alone test app for mpeg4sp encoding.
I am trying to use h264enc test app, which comes with package, as a
reference for mpeg4sp encoding.
But I am stuck in between, not able to proceed.

Does any of you have testapp for mpeg4 encoding using libva?
