[Libva] [libVA] H264 decode supporting

Hi,
         There is a g45-h264 branch, you may try that.
However we are still tuning the  decoding speed.
it is not not tuned to full speed yet, so we have not merged it into master.

H264 decode supporting not implemented yet in GMA 4500 HD driver.

Do you have any plan for this ? What will be in 2011 Q2 graphics package and when will publish it ?
