[Libva] Which libva to use

Hi

I have been using the libva for the past two months from
http://www.splitted-desktop.com/~gbeauchesne/libva/ (version 0.31) or the
version libva-1.0.7.zip<http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libva/snapshot/libva-1.0.7.zip>
 from http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libva/. The libva site says the latest
version is 0.31. I want to use it for nvidia. Please tell what is the
difference between the two.
