[Libva] G45 h264 decoding

Hi,

Works fine in my Vaio TT, although only with videos up to 720. With
1080 videos, cannot cope with the rate. The CPU is fine (around 20%)
so looks like it's an issue with the driver, as they play fine in
Windows.
