Could you try with the option SwapbuffersWait in your xorg.conf?
Section "Device"
Identifier "Generic Video Card"
Driver "intel"
...
Option "SwapbuffersWait" "off"
...
EndSection
(NOTE: restart your X server after changing xorg.conf).
