[Libva] Bitrate limit for hardware decoding by intel hd graphics?

Hi all,


Well, I upgraded mplayer-vaapi to the latest version from gitorious, but this 
has not solved the problem.

I am now recompiling xf86-video-intel-2.19 with SNA enabled, but this might be 
completely unrelated.


Let me reformulate my questions:

• do you expect this Arrandale graphics chip to be able to decode a ~28Mbit/s 
h264 stream, hardware-wise?

• If so, what software component could be the bottleneck, preventing playback 
at normal speed?
