Bitrate is not the end to all things. Please try the `mediainfo' tool
on your video and report some characteristics, like resolution, high
profile and number of refs frames used. Arrandale is pretty ancient
and didn't have full HW offload for h.264 decoding. Though, Haihao
once mentioned they had 2x 1080p working. Again, this depends on the
characteristics of your video.
