[Libva] [PATCH 0/5 v2] Add color conversion test option in putsurface

v2 update:
 - loadsurface.h fix is for YV12 instead of NV12
 - add BGRX/RGBX fourcc to va.h
 - change command line option to "--fmt1 format1 --fmt2 format2" or
   "-1 format1 -2 format2" for color conversion
