You're welcome to take the patches and propogate them to gst-plugins-bad; I've 
been working against 0.10.22 release of gst-plugins-bad, which is why I didn't 
spot the VC-1 changes.

How would you like me to proceed? Two patches to this list, one for H.264's 
codecparser, and a replacement patch for gstreamer-vaapi that uses the 
codecparser version of everything? Or patches to a different list?
