I don't mind, for gstreamer-vaapi I usually split the patch if I see fit for it.

For gst-plugins-bad, I will push the change if this is OK with
upstream. For reference, I submitted the H.264 patch as
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=683860 -- you can add
yourself if you have a bugzilla account @ gnome.org
